Civelite is proud to be delivering Stage 2 of the North Bellarine Aquatic Centre, in contract to IBC (Ireland Brown Construction), following the successful delivery of the Stage 1 civil package in 2023.

Stage 2 will introduce new indoor aquatic and fitness facilities, with Civelite delivering the civil works supporting the expanded facility.

Works have included site establishment, demolition, major earthworks, a temporary carpark solution, drainage and associated outfall systems, including a new drainage basin for long-term stormwater management. Remaining works include retaining walls, asphalt and concrete pavements, kerbing, vehicle crossovers, landscaping, demarcation and signage.
