Following the successful delivery of Stage 1, Civelite is delivering the full civil package for Stage 2 of Good News Lutheran College, in contract to Lyons Construction, building on extensive experience across large-scale education and commercial developments.

The development will introduce new general learning classrooms, a multi-purpose centre and two external sports courts, supported by the civil infrastructure delivered across the site.

Works completed include bulk and detailed earthworks, subgrade stabilisation, drainage and outfall works, and water treatment and storage infrastructure. The structural concrete package is now underway, with remaining works including kerb installation, external concrete pavements and landscaping.
