Following the successful completion of Stage 1 in 2022, Civelite has returned to Bannockburn Central to deliver the full civil package for Stage 2, in contract to Insitu Group.

The scope spans extensive earthworks, reactive soil capping, drainage and outfall works, water treatment and storage, retaining walls, roadways, carparks and heavy-duty concrete pavements, through to kerbing, accessways and external works.

Building on its established knowledge of the site, Civelite is managing challenging ground conditions and a broad civil scope to deliver the infrastructure required for the precinct’s next stage of development.
