Civelite is delivering the full civil package in contract to Insitu Group for Mambourin Town Centre, a major new commercial and community precinct serving the growing local area.

The works cover the development from the ground up, with bulk and detailed earthworks and lime stabilisation establishing the site for construction. Civelite is also delivering the drainage and associated outfall works, along with water treatment and storage infrastructure to support effective water management across the site.

Within the building footprint, the scope includes structural concrete works, followed by the construction of heavy-duty and light-duty concrete pavements, kerbing and the full demarcation and signage package across the surrounding areas.

From ground preparation through to the finished external works, Civelite is delivering the civil infrastructure that will underpin Mambourin Town Centre as it becomes a key destination for the growing local community.
