Civelite is proud to have delivered the full civil package for two new drive-through restaurants, Starbucks and El Jannah, at Armstrong Creek, contracted to Plan Group. The pad site forms an addition to the broader retail strip, where Civelite has played a key role in delivering the surrounding civil infrastructure.

Drawing on our experience and familiarity with the local ground conditions, the team managed the works from site establishment through to final finishes, with a focus on achieving a stable subgrade and high-quality finished surfaces.

The completed works provide the essential civil infrastructure and external finishes supporting two new hospitality destinations within the growing Armstrong Creek precinct.
