The Portarlington Recreation Reserve carpark upgrade was delivered in full by Civelite as Principal Contractor, integrating complex earthworks, drainage, pavement construction, and in-ground services within an active site environment.

The project upgraded critical access and parking infrastructure to support increased use, improve safety, and strengthen long-term asset performance. Works were carefully staged and coordinated to ensure seamless integration of services and construction activities while maintaining full site functionality throughout delivery.
