Civelite is the lead contractor delivering the Portarlington Recreation Reserve Upgrade, providing a complete civil and infrastructure package to revitalise this key community space.

The project focuses on upgrading essential site infrastructure, including bulk and detailed excavation, drainage and water management systems, and pavement construction across new and existing roadways and carparks. Works also include kerbing, concrete footpaths, electrical and lighting installations, and the full demarcation package, enhancing safety, access, and usability throughout the reserve.
