Civelite was contracted by AMS Constructions to deliver the full civil works package for the Armstrong Creek Town Centre – Woolworths development.

The project involves the construction of a new shopping centre, along with additional parking facilities and upgrades to existing carparks, supporting the continued growth and accessibility of the Armstrong Creek community.

Our works are currently progressing across multiple fronts, including bulk and detailed earthworks, subgrade stabilisation, drainage installation, and pavement construction. Once complete, these works will deliver durable and high-quality external infrastructure to service the new retail precinct.
