Civelite has been contracted by Oreana to deliver the full civil works package for the Warralily Town Centre development.

Once complete, the precinct will be home to a diverse mix of facilities — including childcare, eateries, retail spaces and more — providing key community services and amenities for the growing Warralily region.

Our scope includes bulk and detailed earthworks, subgrade stabilisation, drainage installation, water management, and pavement construction across both heavy and light-duty areas. Additional works involve kerbing, landscaping, light pole foundations, and the complete demarcation and signage package to support safe and functional site operations.

With works progressing efficiently, Civelite continues to uphold high standards of quality, safety, and precision, ensuring the successful delivery of this major community and commercial hub.
