Civelite proudly delivered the external civil works for the Sunbury Mixed Use Development, a high-profile project bringing together fuel services, quick-service restaurants, and retail spaces within a thriving commercial precinct.

Our works included bulk and detailed earthworks, reactive soil capping, extensive drainage and stormwater systems, and water treatment and storage infrastructure. We also constructed retaining walls, a range of concrete pavements (heavy-duty, light-duty, grey, coloured, and exposed aggregate), asphalt roadways and carparks, kerbing, vehicle crossovers, and completed full site demarcation and signage.
