Civelite successfully delivered the civil works package for the redevelopment of Midway’s Chip Pad facility in North Geelong, upgrading critical infrastructure to support heavy-duty industrial operations.

The scope of works included bulk and detailed earthworks to re-establish site levels, installation of new drainage and outfall systems for improved stormwater management, and the construction of water treatment and storage infrastructure. Heavy-duty concrete pavements were installed to withstand high-volume heavy vehicle traffic, along with kerbing, a full demarcation and signage package, and vehicle crossovers to ensure a safe and efficient operational environment. This project demonstrates Civelite’s expertise in upgrading industrial sites to meet modern operational and environmental standards.
