Civelite is proud to have delivered works within the civil scope for the Yirrama Community Hub Development in contract to H. Troon.

Our works spanned from initial site establishment through to final line marking and demarcation, including bulk and detailed earthworks, capping of reactive soils, drainage and associated outfall works, water treatment and storage, retaining walls, asphalt and heavy-duty concrete pavements, kerbing, vehicle crossovers and soft fall playground pavements.

Civelite also delivered the project’s full demarcation and signage packages, including external demarcation works. The completed works contribute to a new, functional community space, providing improved facilities for local families, households and the wider community.
