Civelite is delivering the full civil package for the Manor Lakes Mixed Use Site, contracted by Insitu Group. Located across two separate lots divided by an operational retail centre, the project requires careful staging and coordination within a live environment while maintaining access to surrounding businesses.

The works include bulk and detailed earthworks, drainage and outfall infrastructure, water treatment and storage, retaining walls, structural slabs, kerbing, heavy-duty concrete pavements, roadway and carpark asphalt, landscaping, vehicle crossovers, and the full demarcation and signage package.

The completed works will establish the civil infrastructure supporting the next stage of Manor Lakes, providing the access, services and external infrastructure required for future retail, commercial and community development.
