Civelite delivered the civil works package for the new Kolbe Catholic College campus in Mickleham, supporting the development of a modern education precinct for the growing local community.

Delivered across a broad and complex scope, the project involved extensive bulk and detailed earthworks, capping of reactive soils to establish stable building platforms, and installation of major drainage infrastructure and associated outfall works to service the developing campus. Water treatment and on-site storage systems were also completed to support the long-term environmental performance and functionality of the precinct.

Additional works included large-scale rock removal and processing, construction of roadway and carpark asphalt pavements, and installation of kerbing throughout the development to support access, traffic movement, and overall site usability. Delivered within a live and evolving construction environment, the project required careful coordination, strong environmental management, and a continued focus on quality and safety throughout all stages of delivery.
